Dear Members,

On behalf of the BVI FSC & JALTFAC we are seeking your assistance as representatives of each of the key FI and DNFBP sectors to complete the attached template with information on either of the following:

1. Any ML, TF or PF matters that have come to your attention.
2. Any other relevant ML, TF or PF matters involving the BVI identified from other sources, e.g. open source.
3. Any other relevant ML, TF or PF matters identified from other sources (open source / other risk assessments etc.) that relate to your sectors or could impact upon BVI.

Multiple submissions are welcome if you have identified different matters involving ML, TF or PF.

Your initial submissions will be used to assist in the development of the TF and legal persons and legal arrangements risk assessments that are currently ongoing. Moving forward, additional submissions will be used to assist in identifying developing risks and trends.

We would be grateful if you could make any submissions by Friday, 12 July, to secretary@bviaco.org.
